RE/MAX hosts monthly meetings to keep agents updated on market trends, provides internet access even if you don't pay for an office space, has transaction coordinators to support busy agents, office managers, tech support and assistants...ALL within reach!

Cons

office space is expensive and commission splits can be hefty
