      Pros

      It was a new branch of an international franchise so we were able to get brand recognition, guided training courses from the franchise, and helped the office get leads just from being in the network.

      Cons

      The main guy running the shop was very unethical and had no real knowledge of being a good leader. Definitely no benefits, even the espresso machine he bought for the office was for clients-only. No real training provided to the agents. No real plan/execution.

      I'm passionate about my job otherwise the non stop work would be a problem....there is no free time in Real Estate if you're doing it right! ;)
