      Pros

      At the REM/MAX Gold franchise we had an in house attorney you could use. Great splits. We produced quite a bit so we saved about $40k or more compared to what we would have paid at the previous brokerage.

      Cons

      Payment systems were a bit outdated, and proprietary software was lacking compared to all of the new e brokerages coming out now.

      Pros

      No ceilings, freedom, "boss" is more a mentor than a boss. Office culture is fun. No buearocracy. Great money.

      Cons

      No benefits. No tent to cover you, no beaurocray to cover your slack.
