Good public image. They have a lot of tools you can take advantage of to implement in your own business.
Cons
Every man for himself. Working as a real estate agent means you are running your own business and responsible for every aspect from marketing to lead follow up/ conversion to contract management and scheduling....you get the picture. Best thing to do if you are new to the business is join a team. No benefits
