      Great agents to work with. Salary is fair. Some benefits. Company has opportunity to continue with their success and grow.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip within the operations dept. It is very normal to hear the F word all dAy long. Poor management of the dept. you must fit in with the gossip girls or they will bully you out. They will not allow suggestions or input on anything. Owner is very smart but was blind to the treatment I endured because I was older and wouldn't participate in their daily gossip games. Horrible!

      So many to list! Working directly under the Broker/Owners Great company culture and team atmosphere Work doing general administrative duties as well as learn print and digital marketing! Learn from the best Opportunity for advancement **My experience working for the Broker/Owners was a great one! I learned an incredible amount from their expertise, made amazing friendships with the team as well as gained valuable marketing experience - a skill that has been in high demand in the job marketplace. Grateful for my time there, would highly recommended

      Cons

      The only con is the office is so close to the beach. On sunny summer days it can be tempting to walk right over from the office!
