      Pros

      Lots of training and supportive admin team, with opportunities to expand projects and move into different areas of administration. If you show talent and responsibility, there will be opportunities for you here. The owner is a skilled manager and the administrative team is a positive team environment with lots of support.

      Cons

      Sometimes agents can be a little tough to work with. But if you can stay professional it will not be a problem.

      Fun work environment. Busy day-to-day schedule. Monthy work/birthday lunches.

      Cons

      Initial training was scattered. At times too much to do at once and lack of explained importance on each task at hand. You wear a lot of hats. Be ready to do a lot that is not Marketing.
