Pros

Good company that provides leads and training. The company caters towards new agents. I think if you’re new, try them out, take what they can give you, and then get out!

Cons

Micro management to an intense degree. They do not care about establish agents at all. They have outdated views and most of their staff have to go into an office opposed to remote work. They have cut commission rates so many times and it feels like every day there is a new policy change. They try to lean in on agents being competitive and it makes for a toxic environment. Rude employees in upper management. Like, unprofessional for no reason. You communicate solely through email, yet they have no email etiquette. Commission rates for team leads very low. Team leads given out on a “who’s do the best” basis.
