      I worked as a realtor for 5+ years. It went well.

      Cons

      You need to be a self-starter. Realty is not a job you just show up for an make money. It takes a lot of initial work.

      I worked with some amazing and talented people in my time here

      Cons

      Three rounds of layoffs in the last year and a half, despite everyone being told multiple times that they were safe after the first round. Much of tech is being outsourced to contractors, who are ill-prepared to support all the systems.
