Pros

Flexible schedule, great people to work with, access to Sanctuary golf course.

Cons

Politics - advancement is all about who likes you, and has nothing to do with work performance. Also, employees are by in large underpaid compared to similar roles at comparable companies.

Veteran Agents Only

Pros

National name recognition, work from home, minimal mandatory office days...

Cons

Unless you have an established client database you will not be able to make a living at REMAX. The successful agents are mainly over 40 and have been doing real estate for years with heavy repeat business. I have not seen a new agent be able to establish themselves without their own client database.
