Good location always parking available responsive HR Understanding and compassionate Management Plenty of overtime available

Cons

Not many work from home option which is understandable as there is lots of data involved

Cons

Fast pace can be a double-edged sword. Always more to do than can be done in the timeframes allowed, so an ability to prioritise and work under time constraints is a must.
