get paid quite well for sitting down all day you can progress up but expert level can be a real battle with stringent targets Overtime pay can exceed £25 an hour

New investors and vision for business growth upon already successful brand. CEO hosts regular employee briefings where you can ask questions, make suggestions and keep up to date with company news. RAC use a social media platform internally for colleague comms this is great for supporting patrol and remote workers. During covid majority of workforce were able to continue working from home for the entire pandemic to protect our essential workers in patrol and call centre to ensure customers weren't put at unnecessary risk. Business offers hybrid working for some roles within the business offering family flexibility and great work life balance. Onsite canteen Free carparking, EV charge points

Wide range of projects, good pay/bonus - negotiate hard on the way in.

Cons

The culture from the top definitely prioritises getting a job done at all costs over any people impact. Anyone in senior management with a predisposition for being a bully will definitely be tolerated in this company if they deliver numbers It’s not the most diverse pace to work, anyone who doesn’t fit the narrow corporate mould tends to get spat out quite quickly or not hired in the first place.
