Pros

Supportive team environment, excellent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern for work-life balance, and plenty of opportunities to learn and progress. Every day is different, which keeps the job rewarding and interesting.

Cons

The job can be busy at times, especially during peak periods or in poor weather, but that’s to be expected in recovery work. It keeps the role interesting and no two days are ever the same.
