Pros

Flexible working environment, Fixed hour shifts but flexibility offered if you need to change hours at short notice. Good promotion prospects within your area of work and chances to experience other job areas as well. Fast paced environment with scope to gain monthly bonuses and plenty of overtime available if you wish to pursue this. Comfortable working environment with free parking, in house subsidised restaurant and monthly prizes for good performance.

Cons

Shift patterns can vary from week to week which can make planning your personal life difficult. Always very busy which does not leave too much time for other activities. Strict FCA rules to follow which means that the job cn get a little monotonous

Pros

One of the best reasons working with RAC is the opportunity to interact with colleagues and members over phone. The phone engagements with members helped me to hone your customer service and communication skills. The support and coaching from 'some' of my bosses has been worthwhile and rewarding. I was also glad that the difficulties associated with job was clearly stated at the interview which challenged me to start the job with a positive mindset that I could excel on the job and i think i have been doing okay so far since i started 11months ago.

Cons

The downsides of working with RAC are some TMs are not supportive. There is no deliberate attempt to confirm your well being as an employee -its just about the job,
