renewals and retention
Pros
I receive a lot of support overall by my manager and supervisors which has been a lot of help with my personal life as well as in work issues that I had previously. The job itself can be rewarding at times as we have targets to aim for and we get rewards/praised for which makes myself feel like I am doing a good job even when there is not so good days of work.
Cons
I find that there is a lot of high expectations with certain aspects on the job and sometimes not as realistic as they should be for us employees. There is constant changes throughout the job which is not necessarily a negative but it can be difficult to adapt to the change as we get set-up a certain way to do the job and then it changes suddenly and it stays like that for a short period and then changes again which can be a bit frustrating to ourselves when we are the ones dealing with the customers over the phone so we know daily what the customers want or is looking for. I think also the above don't realise what the customers are like in general and what they are receiving as customers as it feels sometimes the above are wanting to bring out new products and new ways of doing the work to make improvements but sometimes areas that need the work doesn't get looked into enough as it gets over shadowed by new improvements. As I work on the phones there is pressure sometimes with areas like how long a call should be, what is sad/offered on the call, the time being used after a call etc. Thre is a lot of back and fourth that we have to do with emails/ team trackers and making sure the job is also done correctly all to be done on the phone with customer or after the call is done which can be a bit frustrating when got to multitask but also get it done in a small amount of time.
