They talk about integrity blah blah Blah yet forget how to look after their patrols. Often you find your lead patrol is under so much pressure, their someone you want to avoid. For some ……depending on your living situation it’s the greatest ! If there is commitment by management to truly look after the patrols on grass route levels . Making sure their being heard and actually getting consistent assistance with their challenges. This could have been a very different review.
