Pros of working for NFUM - RAC * Management feedback and training regularly to make sure all colleagues are up to date with all process * Great team morale - with coffee/drop in meetings to discuss things within the team * Flexible with working times and needing time off - Rosta is planned for 12 moths ahead * Customer focused - the customer is dealt with through the whole break down scenario *Regular meeting with management * Team events throughout the year * Chance to be recognised as a Orange Hero within the RAC brand * Really well benefits and offers within the company

Pros

Working for the RAC for over 15 years says a lot about the company. I have always found that the managers are supportive and as a manager myself have been able to continue that support with my colleagues. There is always a route for progression or to learn more. Good company benefits and has always felt like a secure and fair work environment.
