Appreciated within team. Feedback supportive and uplifting. Work is a team effort not a pointing fingers if something doesn’t go the right way. Friendly family feel within the company. Found no toxicity at all. Manager genuinely cares about work life balance and you as an individual. Very diverse Work is varied and keeps you busy and part of bringing the company onwards and up.

nice work atmosphere everyone is really friendly the floor walkers are worth there weight in gold very helpful in helping you succeed once you get on the phones theres also room for progression the restaurant makes really nice food at reasonable prices.

Cons

uniform is hit and miss on what we can wear would be nice if we could work from home 1 day a week
