Constant pressure with saving members that treat you with absolute disrespect and racism to the point I considered using a white passing name. No regard for your mental health and for all my struggles and bs I had to endure, a thank you note and pen from Etsy was the recognition, appreciation and acknowledgment I’ve received from the head ups in retention and renewals. Best believe I used that pen to sign my resignation letter

The team operates in a disorganized manner with unclear processes. Quality reviews are conducted by an individual who has been with the company for a long time but has only slightly more knowledge of the processes than a newcomer. There is a noticeable culture of gossip and negativity within the team. While I hesitate to generalize, there are instances where behavior feels exclusionary or undermining. This atmosphere appears to contribute to high turnover, as team members leave not due to workload but because of the overall environment.
