      Pros

      The RAC offers a clear and focused strategic direction from its leadership team, which has helped the organisation deliver consistent year‑on‑year growth. Pay is fair, and the annual bonus recognises the hard work and commitment employees put in. The culture is genuinely welcoming, supported by passionate colleagues who make the company a great place to work. It’s a fast‑paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute. As a heritage brand with a long-standing reputation, it’s an organisation I’m proud to be part of.

      Cons

      While there are additional employee benefits available, some of the caps are relatively low, and the employer pension contribution could be more competitive. The consistently fast‑paced environment, although energising, can feel exhausting during peak periods. The business is also run very lean, which drives efficiency but can add to this pressure at times.

      Pros

      Wonderful people with ideas and support flowing through the core of interactions. Ability to make changes that positively impact the culture and colleagues. Fast paced environment brings challenges and a sense of satisfaction to the day day to role. Investment in the people is becoming the norm in 2026. Iconic building with great parking, and facilities.

      Cons

      The fast paced environment and change is not for everyone.

Great people: The teams are genuinely supportive, collaborative, and passionate about what they do. You meet colleagues from all corners of the business, and the culture is friendly and down‑to‑earth. No two days the same: Variety is the norm. Whether you're designing new training content, coaching teams, or supporting operational changes, the role stays fresh and dynamic.

      Cons

      sometimes I need to travel to different office sites for my role. Not much opportunity to work from home.
