Number 1 has to be the colleagues - a fantastic bunch of talented people who pull together to support each other - nothing is too much trouble. Ideas and new ways of working are encouraged and listened to. Great development available and loads of opportunities to progress your career . Hugely successful business with continues to grow year on year Not sure there are many other places where you get direct access to your CEO on a weekly basis, if you want to! A business that never stands still Colleagues are recognised for doing a great job Colleague Wellbeing with robust support in place should you need it

Cons

Communication can always be improved on, but that is true of many organisations. It can be a little crazy at times :-)
