Pros
Not sure of any. App works nicely. Your availability means nothing since they send you shifts on your unavailable days. The help desk is busy not answering questions and reframing the issue to make it your fault. And they just blame the algorithm for why you're getting shifts offered on days you don't have available.
Cons
Took a year to get shifts. Deleted the app twice because there wasn't anything. Support was frustrating ay the best of times. I think I had one pleasant experience in over a dozen, where I found they listened and actually helped solve the problem. Usually they were ignoring the problem presented and couldn't seemed to be bothered. I was fired for what they called unprofessionalism which is ironic because it was their incompetence and lack of professionalism that i was frustrated with. Schedule was set up for Saturday Sunday availability. For some reason I kept getting Monday Wednesday Friday invites despite having no availability on those days and declining the shifts a dozen times. When brought to supports attention, they just sited that the invites are automatic and sidestepped the question. Had most shifts be too far distance wise. I have no vehicle so I couldn't get there. Those shifts kept showing up even though they've re declined a dozen times due to distance. When brought to supports attention they said "sorry you feel those shifts are too far for you". They had no answer to the question why am I being offered shifts that I declined 12+ times in 3 weeks. During one conversation I critiqued the ap of its lack of shifts. They suggested I find them business. My response is why would i help a company whom I'm not sold on. I didn't get shifts for a year, was getting invites when I wasn't available, and getting invited to shifts that I couldn't get to. When the app is proving itself incapable of providing a good experience why would I suggest it to other businesses. $500 is a decent price as an affiliate marketing pay, but when you don't believe in the company ir makes little sense.
