Qwick for Freelancers interview questions

You get hired via App do an Orientation which apparently is an interview not disclosed and takes less than 5 minutes. The interviewer who came on didn't even say hi or introduce herself, which was very unprofessional and made the conversation awkward. I did not answer in detail because she seemed very disinterested in being on the call.

Super easy and to-the-point onboarding process, takes about 10-15 minutes in total to fill out all skills/attire/job preferences & for barista/bartending/serving/ and banquet captain jobs they refer you to the virtual interview process where u can schedule it at your convenience. Usually they have times available right away, spaced about 30 mins apart, so there’s no long waiting list but you also don’t have to jump on a video interview the second u sign up either - which is nice. When it’s time for your interview, you sign on to the video thru the app & then a qwick interviewer joins the video and basically just asks about your certifications/work history/experience/ and some basic knowledge questions, maybe 5-7 in total. For example, for bartending/barista/waitress/banquet captain I was asked how many oz’s a typical shot was, if I had current OSHA or Servesafe food handlers cards/a liquor license, if I knew what a BOF was, and how long I worked as a bartender/server/banquet captain.
