Working at Qwick is a truly invaluable experience. Your work makes a difference and will learn more here in 1 month than another company in 6. Things move quickly, which for some may be a con, but I appreciate the adaptability and swiftness to solve problems.

Cons

Business has experienced several ups and downs, however, the company consistently overcomes these challenges and continues progress. Leadership structure needs updated. C suite is not built out, some teams have VP’s as leaders, some are directors. The hierarchy isn’t holistically strategic.
