      The people were great while working here, and that was it

      A challenge I’ve encountered with leadership that doesn't provide clear guidance is a lack of direction, which can lead to uncertainty around priorities and goals. It often requires more time to align the team and ensure everyone is on the same page.

      A lot of the people are great. Everything about working at the company used to be great

      Pay and benefits are no longer good. Unfortunately, the executive leadership doesn't make decisions with the team in mind.

      Developed great relationships with colleagues. The original team was incredible to work with.
