      Great benefits and very challenging

      Cons

      Organization will work you 24-7. There is no work life balance and little reward for going the extra mile. Organization does not like to offer help when they see you drowning. Very poor company at showing any type of appreciation.

      Pros

      Opportunities to grow in your career with the company from the bottom up. Education reimbursement program, employee recognition, and continual process improvement projects that encourage participation from front-line employees of all levels. If you show interest in taking on more responsibilities and take advantage of these opportunities you can grow fast. Even if you don't have the right degree to land a leadership or specialized role right away, Quest's leaders will see your value and mentor you into achieving your educational and career goals.

      Cons

      Long hours, understaffed in many areas and not given the resources in time to achieve department goals. Shortage of fully trained FTEs and shortage of leaders on site (at night) causes leaders and front-line employees to 'burn out' and fail to prosper beyond their demanding day-to-day tasks.
