Pros
As an exempt we have work flexibility, but the same is not provided to hourly. There is room to move around the company depending on the type of experience you have.
Cons
Even though the company is 60-70% women, there is a high level of misogyny. Men are paid more than women in same roles. They say they care about employee, but it is talk. They don't back it up. The vacation and sick time are pretty good, but you can never use and then you lose at end of year.
