Pros

don't work holidays and no sundays

Cons

the superviser does not accept responsiblity for missed pick ups. They are quick to fire people who never call off and are never late. The pay rate is bad...cost of living and gas has went up but your wages don't there. they make you drive downtown for meetings after work with the price of gas being high it should be tele conforence. some people live 2 hrs away

Great benefits-particularly the retirement benefits were very generous and the company matched at a very generous level, dedicated and hardworking co-workers, good IT systems,

Cons

Management had little or no regard for the personal lives of employees despite employee desires for work/family balance. 10 hour work days are common even during non "busy" times in the month.
