      Pros

      Good benefits, average pay rate, used to love working on a paced enviroment but that was in the past this place has become a place that take all you energies out during the day because of to much work.

      Cons

      Poor Corporate decisions are based on unreal numbers that employees fake at their work stations make themselves look good in front of they supervisors are making the corporate take wrong decisions like not hiring more peoples whenever an employee resign quit or they fire them.

      Pros

      Paid lunch, easy work, let you listen to music. Some of the fellow employees are really cool. If you do overnight it's a decent amount of cash otherwise don't bother. Can also get overtime pretty easily.

      Cons

      They play favorites and some that have been there their whole lives seem to think they're managers when they're not. You're not allowed to get up from your seat. They monitor your bathroom breaks.

      - Good benefits and pay - the company tries to communicate to employees - opportunities for additional training (Six Sigma, management training) - If you are a B-level performer, you can work here forever and never get found out

      Cons

      - silos: the business units each have their own goals and are often in competition - minimal opportunities to advance to senior management without relocation to Madison NJ - If you are naturally hard-working, your extra effort is not rewarded
