Pros

If you're in need of money this is a great PT GIG, because you can get up to 30 hours every week.

Cons

too demanded for individuals who are only looking for a PT GIG. You will be required to work the mandatory OT hours which will be every week. Hard to get time off. When I worked there I had a FT job, so every week was a 70 hour week which was hard. No real flexibility in your work schedule. Some folks are only looking for 20 hours a week on a PT gig. Now I believe they hire you in at 25 hours with a mandatory 4 hours a week, so be prepared for 29 hours with this part time position.
