No sense of urgency, Lack of development, poor management with very little communication, lots of inefficiencies, siloed thinking & work. Poor customer support & level of service.

Too many hierarchy level, no progression in career path and salary raise. Bullying culture is accepted within team, difficult to communicate with toxic manager. Turnover rate is high.
