      Pros

      Belongs to big group - Deutsche Borse. Group benefits. Good place to develop individual resilience due to big workload

      Cons

      Extremely burocratic. High performance rewards distributed between managers and leaders only. Huge barriers to grow. Higher management cling to position unprofessionally. Unfair salary compared with work load and responsibilities.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to work on different initiatives and engage in new things. Coupled with a very strong team that is always eager to help this provides great learning and growth opportunities. Management is very open, approachable, and willing to try new things knowing that some will fail. Good social climate and after work activities (or at least was prior to lockdown).

      Cons

      Recent merger between STOXX/DAX and Axioma that formed Qontigo left a lot of teams in flux and a lot of uncertainty on the ground. This in turn led to a number of very regrettable departures of very strong employees.
