Given the shareholder structures, processes need to be repeated three times. Initiatives tend to be underestimated in terms of timelines and budgets. Staff turnover approaching 25%, since top management prone to bullying staff.

If Integrity and self respect are important to you...well AVOID Stoxx! Management is very unfair. Company interest is less important than CEO's huge ego...For no reason one should leave his job for a position at Stoxx...until the top management is renewed!!!
