Pros

As for the pros - there are none. If you want to experience what it's like to be a modern-day slave, this company is for you.

Cons

I have been working as a CSA at Qatar Airways in Wroclaw for quite a while, and I must say that employees are treated very poorly. Here are some key points: 1. Micromanagement: Team leaders and managers literally control every second of your breaks. Even a brief trip to the restroom results in a warning email detailing how many seconds you were away. 2. Excessive Overtime: You are expected to take calls right up to the end of your shift, which can extend your workday by up to two hours, ruining your evening. 3. Double Standards: The rules are not for everyone as team leaders are free to violate them and bring phones to the floor, but agents are strictly prohibited and risk being fired, as has happened before. 4. Toxic Atmosphere: The work environment is so toxic that employees frequently take sick leave to escape the pressure. 5. Biased Promotions: Promotions are almost entirely based on relationships with managers rather than performance. 6. Lack of Recognition: Despite performing well under pressure, team leaders often downscore employees instead of motivating and respecting them. 7. Lack of Support: If you encounter a difficult customer or a challenging case, team leaders not only refuse assistance but also humiliate you in front of your colleagues. 8. Cost-Cutting on Employees: The company saves every cent on employees despite being extremely wealthy. You will only receive your base wage, with no additional pay, rewards, or treats. Corporate events are either non-existent or poorly organized. 9. Inefficient Software: The software is unreliable, frequently glitching and breaking down. This forces employees to do many calculations manually that are automated in other companies, while the IT department fails to address these issues. This is not an exhaustive list of issues, but I don't have time to detail them all.

Pros

Good salary Living in Doha " Qatar is one of the safest countries" Hard working and friendly coworkers

Cons

I Qatar airways don’t care about the well-being of their crew be prepared to do Jakarta or Bali or a flight to South Africa which is 10 -nine hours flight with no inflight rest you’ll be working more than 12 hours so in the mid of flight you will be sleepy be prepared to be deprived from sleeping be prepared for short layover‘s 15 hours layover 16 hours layover 18 hours layover after such flights And you will not have it all because remember the hotel sometimes is one hour away from the airport when I do these flights, and I go back to the hotel, I’d be wondering if I should eat or I should sleep because after 10 hours 12 hours I have to get up and be prepared. Sometimes we go to the flight hungry because we did not have time to eat , those people don’t care about our well being they just want us to smile when we are hungry when we are deprived from sleeping , if you want to work there be prepared to take naps in the washroom. it’s not all glam, if you think you will have long layovers and enjoy traveling then forget it, you will have this every now and then but you will have also these flights that will ruin you forever -be prepared to get sick and have health issues more often than you are used to, the problem is the management will push you to work while you are sick and when you go on board sick, they will blame you for going while you are sick and being unfit to fly Qatar airways management put pressure on hospitals to not give you more than two days sickleave certificates. The management will call you and drive you crazy when you are on sickleave and because they are paranoid and they don’t believe that you are sick and they will keep calling you and questioning your integrity and honesty. performance managers are the worst. They will manipulate you and they will indirectly threat you that if you reported sick again, you might lose your job or they will put you on a plan or they will make you write a letter how to improve your health as if you’re a baby and they may give you warning just because you were sick. Not even 8 days a year . they will tell you that you are not productive enough and if you got sick more, they will be someone who will take your job.

Pros

Travel a lot, discount for airline tickets worldwide, tax-free salary, good accommodations for flight attendants (usually)

Cons

The environment is EXTREMELY toxic. Working there is basically selling your soul to the devil and praying every single day that it doesn't take your life earlier. You have to have well defined objectives while working there in order to bear the absurds that this company involves. Every single step you give, you are being observed and you will spend some time afterwards to recover from the trauma. The money is REALLY high, but I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.
