      Pros

      You get to see the world since there are so many destinations. They give you 30 days of annual leave, 4 guaranteed days off per year, and 28 days of paid sick leave. You can also bid for 4 days off every month, so you basically end up having more than 30 days off in total. The staff travel benefits are also great.

      Cons

      The job is very demanding, but the pay is quite low compared to the workload.
