You'll receive a decent salary hike here but you'll still be overworked irrespective of the role

Cons

- The whole management including the TLs, Managers & HRs are sourced from Indian companies - Doha management has no visibility on the issues here - Management focuses only on cost cutting & trying their best to get cheap labour setup in India - Office premises is worse with very unhygienic shared cafeteria - Internal movement not possible as nobody's going to approve it for your growth
