Pros

The company is growing at a tremendous rate with lots of chances for progression Staff travel perks are excellent including one free ticket anywhere per year and you can add friends and family to staff travel list Year round sunshine in Doha

Cons

Pressure in the job can be quite a lot, there are high expectations of the staff. Doha itself is very busy, traffic is quite a hassle until the rail project opens up in the next couple of years.

discrimination and a culture based on not your experience or qualifications but whether you fit in with the team, with an appraisal system that whether you get good to excellent does not mean anything. Senior managers ignoring and hiding serious floors in their operations
