      to be honest they are the best airline in the world they have the best service for customers but not for employees

      I have spent almost 5 years they treat you like a slave you dont get any benefits for local contract

      Good salary. Yeah, they pay you a very interesting amount of money. That is all.

      Cons

      The company have 0 transparency. Be awarethat Qatar labour laws are inexistent, so when you are working for them, they can change the rules in the way that they prefer. The company policies recently were undisclosed to employees, but they eventually apply them (or not) in the way that they prefer. And there is absolutely no one that will help you because everyone is just worried about their own pockets.
