Pros

You’ll be put in positions above your pay grade and if you can adapt you’ll learn a lot and improve your skill set significantly

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant, people in positions they have zero experience in making key decision, pay is absolutely terrible and favoritism is on full display. Bought by TB but very deep problems exist before and still continue with management. - low pay - mediocre benefits - poor leadership - undervalue employees

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear that your experience was not as positive as it should have been. We have made some very positive additions to our leadership teams in the last 18-24 months that position QAD for long term success and we all try to show our teams that they are valued. We've implemented an Employee Experience team and our benefits are very competitive within the market. We have improved our benefits offerings in the last year with our global virtual first initiative, unlimited PTO in the U.S., Focus Fridays among other benefits.

Pros

- Time management - Work from home - Great medical care (so far)

Cons

- People ressources (previsouly know as Human Rssources) team is not caring about employee wellness and do all they can to reduce any benfits - you cannot TRUST what they say. - No increase year on year of benefits / advantages at the opposit all is made to reduce them - The company is not considering employee as an asset but as a cost only . - Total lack of disrecpect of DEI - even if they say otherwise.

Thank you for your review, and we're glad that you enjoy working from home giving you the ability to manage your time well and your medical benefits are great. I'm sorry to hear that your experience has not been as positive as it should be from your perspective. I would encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor and the People Partner (HR Manager) in France to help them understand your perspective. We would especially want to learn of the specifics related to DEI so we can improve your experience. We work to set up collaborative spaces to enable teams to be able to bring their whole self to work and share with one another where each member is valued.
