      nothing to complaint about the company just the nature of a consultant job. sometime needs to work awkard hours

      Pros

      Its a good Company, I have rejoined this company because of its culture and people. I am always happy to work with QAD, flixiblity, independence no micro management.

      Cons

      No cons for me, but some time work from homes become boring

      Personal growth - free to explore new things, your voice matters Virtual First environment Supportive & Encouraging Management Activities are not mundane, I look forward to a new challenge everyday that keeps me on my toes. Flat organizational structure, you can easily approach your peers despite their level No micromanagement and the list can go on for me!
