This place will kill you

Pros

Soda machine, frequent training, decent benefits, frequent free lunches. Flexible with hours and provides a solid 401k with match and bonus.

Cons

This place will work you to death. Doesn't give their consultants enough time to "shadow" other consultants so it is very difficult to work there for a sustained period of time.

Cons

40 year old company with great culture and values is now a terrible place to work for. Focus on profitability and not on customers or employees

Pros

When I started at QAD over 20 years ago it was a privately held business where the owners were very engaged. It was a family like atmosphere where we were all willing to roll up our sleeves and help out with what needed to get done. Focus was on keeping our customers happy.

Cons

Last year QAD was acquired by a private equity firm which has dramatically shifted the culture at QAD. Instead of being focused an keeping customers happy the primary goal is looking at the bottom line (EBITDA). If I were rating QAD as it is today I would rate it as one star, but recognizing that my experience prior to be acquired was positive I've rated as two stars.

Thanks for your comments. I do apologize for the lateness of this reply. I recommend connecting with your HR Representative. We would definitely like to talk through some of the challenges you are experiencing with some of the changes since we have restructured and merged with TB. The goal in merging with TB is to improve QAD as a whole and we certainly hope that our team is helping to improve QAD and experience in its positive changes.
