Pros

Work from home the standard for who it suits. So much change that there is a good chance to progress for those who stick it out.

Cons

Toxic environment. Difficult non team players are tolerated and rewarded if they are good. High pressure to deliver. Average salary. Aging tech stack. Limited training opportunities. Constant change and bad communication from management.

I am sorry to hear of your experience and I wish you a better experience for you in your next career move. We have joined forces with Thoma Bravo, a private equity company that specializes in software companies of our size, so that we can improve our operations, leverage their expertise and ultimately build upon our foundation me create a stronger company in QAD.

I am sorry to hear your experience was not good at QAD. Our sales teams have done very well and helped to bring our revenues in cloud subscriptions to some of our highest numbers ever. We appreciate your efforts in that endeavor. We are constantly working to improve our sales operations and have made some strong investments hiring a VP Sales Enablement and we are currently hiring for some new sales leadership roles. We wish you well in your next new role. Thank you!

Thanks for your feedback. This is a time of transition as we move from a publicly traded company where the original founder was a majority shareholder to being recently acquired by Thoma Bravo, a private equity company. The goal in working with Thoma Bravo is to improve our competitiveness and our capabilities as a company and to leverage their expertise to make QAD a better company for the long term. We value employees for their perspective, expertise, skills and their efforts in their work. I agree a team is a good analogy.
