      Open communication, you feel valued and heard when you raise concern to your peers and the Senior Management team. The people are friendly and supportive Open to new ideas and they encourage you to do things your way A lot of growth opportunity for people who are starting with their career and those who wants to level up Trainings are accessible and free Diverse culture

      Some systems need to improve but we will get there
