Pros
Try to have a remote first work policy, even if you are needed in a physical location, transport and accommodation is taken care of at a high standard. Lots of training opportunities provided, costs of the training paid for and time booked out in calendar to complete training. Amazing culture, everyone is so open and friendly, managers happy to help with any concerns
Cons
Not a downside of the company but working remotely you can sometimes go a couple of days not speaking to anyone - this has been brought up to management and lunch lounges were introduced where a topic is picked (movie, game, tv show) before hand and people jump in whilst having lunch.
