Pros

They give young people a chance to get into tech.

Cons

Joined as a trainee in a boot camp and then stayed on as a trainer. Standard processes aren't done correctly. Late pay days, big company changes with no warning etc. The company kept paying me for 6 months after I left and then didn't respond to my attempts to pay it back for nearly 2 years.

Opportunities to learn as you are constantly required to work outside your job description. Free training and opportunity to gain qualifications.

Cons

Low salary Blame culture Staff under valued and considered disposable Poor management Entirely money focused, staff are treated like disposable commodities. Outdated course material. Unwilling to invest in materials, do things the cheapest possible way. Always cutting corners to make the most money. Poor equipment and office environment.

Pros

We used to have a decent sales team and culture in the old/traditional business, but got dragged down by the newer businesses that got acquired. seems like a lot of cost cutting and weak leadership this past year.

Cons

weak leadership, feels like someone we can't see is running the company.
