Pros

I made some friends for life at QA, really genuine people who tried hard to deliver as best they could. I do think William the CEO is a good guy but I can't get my head around the rest of the incompetent, so called leaders in the business.

Cons

Appalling management style. Far too revenue focussed and anyone who is any good leaves. In my office there was more time given to the under performers which was daft given a good 50% were doing just that. As someone who did perform I was left to get on with it. It was like nobody was interested.

Everthing. From career prospects, to management. Everything was extremely poor.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have been working to build more training for our managers and now offer various opportunities such as hybrid working, performance management, recruitment training and soon to be inclusive management training so our managers can enhance their skills further. We also now have a continuous performance management system that allows our employees and their managers to set objectives and receive feedback throughout the year to aid development as well as celebrating our achievements as individuals and as a company. As well as this we offer career workshops and frameworks to give our employees access to knowledge and skills required for existing roles to promote internal movement and progression.

Pros

Met some nice people here as everyone is in their 20's or beginning 30's.

Cons

No clarity, no experienced management. Focused purely on revenue over the back of seriously underpaid and uneducated staff. Bonus schemes are designed not to pay you and keep all the money inside. The turnover of employees leaving is absurdly high and no one seems to do anything about it. There is no one to find in the office after the clock strikes 5:30pm which makes me think that previous reviews are an inside job. No strategies and a lot of confusing. False promises from management that will be denied when asked for. A lot of client complaints as well. If you are serious about your career, this is not the place to work.
