Pros

Personally, I had a great time during training. I didn't come from a programming background but the training allowed me to understand the concepts and work up towards the more advanced stuff. This may be training but its also a job and you have to go into it like it is an actual job. You will get so much more out of it. Ask for help, ask for advice and the excellent trainers will give it to you. It's an incredibly fun place to work as the people there are really nice and helpful, namely Olivia and Arezu, who both go out of their way to make sure the trainees are comfortable and enjoying their time, you can also go to them with problems and they'd be happy to help.

Cons

Occasionally the training/work can be boring but that's really the nature of work. You'll enjoy some things and dislike others, either way you have to keep working. Its happened before where you might get left in the dark about where you could end up after the training, but that also depends on the clients they have lined up as well. Overall, perfect 5/7

Pros

- Free training - Free accommodation The first three month of training was excellent as it focused on developing our knowledge and skills on relevant technologies for the current market. After the first month you get choose which area of technology you would like to specialise in, including Application Development, DevOps, Testing...Etc. I chose to go down the Application Development route. I had training on a variety of technology mainly focused around Microsoft .Net framework. Also had training in Sitecore and AngularJS. The trainers were great and very knowledgeable. They were clear experts in the technology they were teaching. Therefore they provided us with a lot of valuable advice on how things work in the real world. Overall the training was a great experience and has prepared me well for conducting my daily work on client site.

Cons

During my experience there wasn't really anything of significance that needs to be pointed out.
