      Reasonable training course, but no guarantee for a career in the industry.

      Pros

      The bursary is helpful to fully focus on the training. Potential to upskill, transfer into different technologies. Training material is of high standard and up to date.

      Cons

      Doesn't matter how hard you work during training, you are not marked on merit, they will try and shove you into whichever deployment they can get you in. If they can't fit you into a deployment, they will drop you. Poor communication throughout company structure.

      Nothing substantial comes to mind that benefited me day to day.

      Cons

      The top-down structure is horrendous. No support. Argumentative management. Backstabbing selfish mentality. Lost everything it once was and turned into a profit-centric company that doesn't care about its people which is the reason it's on its knees.
