      Training is okay to get you started in the industry

      Cons

      Can't seem to appreciate or recognise achievements unless you are on management level, you just feel as if you are a number printing cash for them.

Our recognition scheme allows everyone in QA to give feedback and gives us the chance to celebrate more people than ever before. It allows peer to peer feedback as well as recognition from multiple levels across the business - we get hundreds of feedback comments every month and it is great to see so many people recognising their peers. This scheme allows us to share achievements as a group and is inclusive of everyone at QA, something that is really important to us.       Pros

      You get to meet some great people, people thrown into the same situation as you and you get to learn and grow alongside them. Relaxed atmosphere generally.

      Cons

      Communication is very poor - As a trainee consultant I was left waiting for QA to find me a role with a client, but communication was very poor (went months without hearing anything from them). Often found myself chasing people for things that should be prior communicated or done properly in the first place.

      Thank you for your feedback and we are so glad you got the opportunity to learn and grow with us. Thank you also for your feedback on bench communication. We currently have a team of liaisons who provide pastoral care during this process, with every consultant having a dedicated liaison to work with. However, based on feedback like yours, we are also working towards improving our methods of interaction with bench consultants.
