      People have high knowledge employees want to be a brilliant job People below Exco and Exco - 1 care and want to do a good job Flexibility People team are excellent but stretched beyond expectations Values that are new are lived by most but find they are poor from the top

      Poor leadership from the top Exco and exco -1 Lack of trust - no one believes what is said anymore Constant changes are making lost of people feel unsafe and uneasy bullying behaviours are experienced pay is poor as well as benefits in sales we are pushed far too much making life very uncomfortable and stressful Contributes to poor mental health Bullish people get rewarded Lack of career opportunities , people just get promoted with no process -

      Pros

      The service delivery function is friendly supportive and respectful. Management is excellent and immediate team members go out of their way to help and support each other. Ethos of respect and feedback. I feel valued and respected

      Cons

      I would like to see a more clear progression trajectory with incremental pay increases and clarity of pay levels across the board.
