Not a desirable place to work

Pros

No set rules, and no management.

Cons

After working at QA for almost a year, I was so unhappy and fit up with the management BS and lies. There's a total lack of leadership skills and technical expertise which the management is always looking for ways to cover up with BS reasons. Employees are just diligent working bees without any transparency from the bosses. A high volume of employee turnover happened since I started last year with a range of 12-15 people who left the company both voluntarily or involuntarily. Many people have been let go with indecent management decisions. If you're looking for job security and mature management structure, don't work for this place.

Thank you for your sharing your feedback. Our QAC training programme consists of 12 weeks free training in which it enables our learners the chance to upskill and at the end of this, every effort is made to place them in a role. It is our priority to reduce bench-time and we work hard to find opportunities and will communicate with our consultants throughout to keep them updated on the process.

Pros

Great products and idea for up skilling young people

Cons

Management change the commission scheme and targets making it very little reward for a large amount of effort. They also hide behind a veil of morality and ethics which is seldom displayed. The processes are not efficient and done differently from team leader to team leader. The introduction of new programmes into the portfolio is done on a "wing and a prayer". Management also change the approach and value of programmes at will and fail to communicate this to account managers.
